Since 2018, The55Project has been weaving Brazilian contemporary art into the U.S. arts scene through exhibitions, residencies, and collective moments rooted in the power of art.

For nine years, our mission has been to create encounters: between individuals, projects, places, and ideas. Our events are never just about gathering, they are opportunities to connect our community, celebrate our achievements, and foster what comes next.

This year, we are proud to honor Encountered, an initiative that reimagines philanthropy as a circular and reciprocal exchange, where those who give are also transformed by what they receive, and the sources of change are continuously nourished.
