Mentorship
The55Project’s mentorship initiative was created to support artists through critical dialogue with established curators. Between 2024 and 2025, the program hosted two mentorship cycles that provided artists with curatorial feedback, portfolio development support, career guidance, and opportunities for professional exchange.
Each mentorship offers a framework for reflection and artistic development, connecting artists’ practices with curatorial perspectives and the broader contemporary art ecosystem.
The 2025 mentorship program, a collaboration between The55Project, Hermes Visual, and artist Carla Chaim, began on February 12 and focused on advancing the international careers of visual artists.
The initiative fostered artistic development and global connections and culminated in the collective exhibition Atlas.
