Mentorship
The55Project’s mentorship initiative was created to support artists through personalized guidance from established curators.
Between 2024 and 2025, we hosted two mentorship programs that offered critical feedback, portfolio development, career strategies, and professional networking opportunities.
Each mentorship provided artists with a space for dialogue, reflection, and growth, connecting artistic practice with curatorial perspectives and the broader art ecosystem.
The 2025 mentorship program, a collaboration between The55Project, Hermes Visual, and artist Carla Chaim, began on February 12 and focused on advancing the international careers of visual artists.
The initiative fostered artistic development and global connections and culminated in the collective exhibition Atlas.
