Venice Biennale 2026
Art Travel
The55Project is pleased to invite its members and supporters to Italy, in May 2026. This unique experience will offer the most insider access and experiences in this new and important art destination, including The 61th Venice Biennale International Art Exhibition.
About
The 61st International Art Exhibition, titled In Minor Keys, will take place from May to November 2026 at the Giardini, the Arsenale, and various locations across Venice. This edition carries profound historical and emotional significance: it is the posthumous realization of the vision of curator Koyo Kouoh.
Upholding institutional tradition and honoring her legacy, La Biennale di Venezia has decided to execute the project exactly as Koyo conceived and defined it before her passing. The exhibition will stand as a tribute to her dedication, preserving and disseminating her ideas and theoretical framework to the world of art and culture.
